  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

  • Custom Orders: All customized T-shirt orders are final and cannot be changed once processing begins.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other secure payment options.

  • Pricing: All prices are in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days from order confirmation.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Customized Items: Not eligible for returns unless defective or incorrect.

  • Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer for COD orders.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Customized orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

  • Customers must ensure that uploaded designs do not violate third-party intellectual property rights.

  • Ensure that all information (e.g., delivery address) is accurate during checkout.

  • Do not misuse our services or engage in fraudulent activity.

  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services.

  • Loss or damage due to incorrect address information.
